These Terms & Conditions apply when you use zupzilo.shop or buy from it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

zupzilo.shop (“Zupzilo”) is operated by KEYGALAXY DIGITALS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India, with its address at Unit 101, Oxford Tower, 139, HAL Old Airport Rd, H.A.L II Stage, Bangalore North, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka, India. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We deliver only to addresses in India.
Your account
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, including your name, address and phone number.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We send an email to confirm that we have received your order and payment. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order in the cases listed in our Order Cancellation Policy. If we do, we refund the full amount.
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet, as explained in our Order Cancellation Policy. Orders cannot be changed once they are placed, so please check your order and address carefully before you pay.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery is free. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed. Where a product shows an MRP, the MRP is the maximum retail price printed or declared for that product. We never charge more than the MRP.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment
We accept prepaid orders only, through our secure payment gateway (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, as shown at checkout). We do not offer cash on delivery. We do not store your card or banking details. A GST invoice is emailed to you for every order.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Product information
We try to describe and show every product accurately. Product images are for illustration. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may differ from the images. Each product page shows the key details required by law, such as the MRP, net quantity and country of origin. If a product you receive does not match its description, you can report it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website. This includes trying to break its security, copying its content in bulk, using automated tools to place orders, placing false orders or using someone else’s payment details without permission.
Intellectual property
The Zupzilo name and logo, the website design and the text and images we create belong to KEYGALAXY DIGITALS PRIVATE LIMITED or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written permission. Product brand names belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or courier network disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute. You may also approach the consumer commission available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
