This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use zupzilo.shop, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It is written in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

zupzilo.shop is operated by KEYGALAXY DIGITALS PRIVATE LIMITED, Unit 101, Oxford Tower, 139, HAL Old Airport Rd, H.A.L II Stage, Bangalore North, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your personal data is used for the purposes in this policy.

What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number and billing and delivery addresses.
  • Order details: the products you buy, order amounts, invoices, returns and refunds.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment gateway. We receive a payment reference and status. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or banking passwords.
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored in encrypted form) and your saved addresses.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact form, including photos and videos you share for a return or complaint.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected automatically when you use the website.

Why we use it

  • To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders.
  • To send order confirmations, GST invoices, tracking details and other messages about your orders.
  • To handle returns, refunds, cancellations and support requests.
  • To keep accounting and tax records required by law.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and misuse.

We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data. We do not send you marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Payment gateway to process your payment.
  • Fulfilment and courier partners to pack and deliver your order. They receive your name, delivery address and phone number.
  • Service providers who run our website hosting and email.
  • Analytics providers, if we start using website analytics. We will update this policy before we do.
  • Government authorities when the law requires it.

These partners may use your data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use cookies that the website needs to work, for example to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may then stop working.

How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, which is currently at least 8 years.
  • Account details: until you ask us to delete your account, unless we must keep some of it to meet a legal requirement.
  • Support messages: for as long as needed to resolve your request, and up to 3 years after that.

How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to personal data is limited to the people and partners who need it to do their work. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

  • get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data
  • ask us to delete your personal data, unless we must keep it by law
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it, though this does not affect anything done before
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so
  • raise a complaint with us about how we handle your data

To use any of these rights, email support@zupzilo.shop from the email address linked to your order or account. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Important changes will be shown clearly on the website.
